We will meet between February 2024 and May 2024, with the highlight being in-person retreat in Napa! Retreat dates in spring 2024 are April 24-26, 2024.

Each week of the month we have a different topic to focus on (and this repeats each month with breaks for vacation/holidays). Most include CME credit.

We will use the Zoom platform for the sessions, and most will be recorded for future listening if you are unable to attend live. Or you can just attend the ones you want. No stress, no pressure, just group and individual support.

Monthly Topics
Week 1: Your Relationship with Work
Bringing together the diverse and experienced minds in the group to focus on your ideal work. Time for individual coaching in a group setting.

Week 2: Your Personal Health

  • Discover your own Enneagram Type and some ways that you can use your understanding of the types to make it easier to understand how you function.

Week 3: Coaching.

  • Group coaching on whatever you need/desire. This call will include alumni of prior masterminds, so additional minds on your questions and a wider community to grow.

She took this quest further with the founding of Heart & Soul of Medicine, physicians who want to create their own ideal practices and providing support for physicians who want to get back in touch with the heart and soul of their calling in medicine. Dr. McCoy George also speaks at local and national conferences on the topics of professional self-care and direct primary care practice.

Since moving to Napa, she is focusing on building small communities of physicians in Mastermind groups, helping physicians to be as healthy as possible by changing the structure of medical practices and sharing meditation and mindfulness.
